supporting statement template

I like to use the "supporting statement" tool in many fields where I want to show/do detail.

I've noticed over the years that the majority of my entries fall into just several types, Months, quarters and sometimes even years.  Many times, I'm just talking to myself about how I camp up with X.

I get tired of typing all the months, quarters, etc. It would be great if you could make a template or "remember this" format for the tool.  Seems insanely intuitive to me.

Please no criticism on the way I use it.  Unless you have a workaround
