ProConnect Tax

I have income from a 1065 K-1 that is from AZ. I can't seem to get the AZ income to show on the state tax return, even though I've set it in the dropdown.

How to clear a diagnostic asking for a registration with a state secretary while doing state apportionment of income allocated to that state?

The corporation filing a C corp tax return has no physical presence or any other nexus with Virginia state other than a few of clients of the corporation made purchases of online marking time from the corporation for the purposes of doing state apportionment?

Is there a way to get "signed" PDF copies of returns that have been e-filed through PTO?

A client's lender is requesting "signed copies" of recent returns. They won't accept the unsigned PDF copies I can print from the PTO e-file page. What I really need is a way to see/print/share the return in the exact form it was sent to the IRS.

I entered a taxable 1099q amount in the return and the amount does not show up in the 1040. There were earnings. This was a case of money left over after graduation.

Rental property basis

How do I adjust the basis of a rental property?A client began renting his personal condo in 2015. At the time, I used the lower of his cost and the FMV of the property as the basis for depreciation. In his case it was his cost. The problem is that by mistake I have been depreciating the whole amount (I didn't subtract the value of the land).Thank you!
