We updated all our computers but mine this morning. Our payroll clerk is printing payroll journals for January 2026 on our clients we actually process payroll for. The tax summary pages is all zeros. I printed on my computer with 2025.2.07 and it printed correctly. So this is obviously a problem with the newest update. 

Is everyone still having an issue with easy acct processing soooo slow.  it just keeps saying not responding - it takes forever to load.  im just trying to assess the extent of everyones slowness to see if its on my end or an easy acct issue

I have been waiting for a return phone call from the Intuit development team since last Thursday, Jan. 22nd!  I sent them a backup to go over, haven't closed out 2025 and started on the 2026 version!  Yasmine, support tech, said she would call me on Friday morning, still waiting!!  Angela, a supervisor, hasn't checked in with me since last Wednesday!  This is beyond RIDICULOUS!  Please everyone bombard them by asking for credit refunds for their broken software!  They can't shut you off unless you ask for a full refund!  Ask for a partial refund, unless you plan to switch right away!

Even when I choose to print by "Department" the checks & the DD advices still print by employee number. 

The IRS has released the new tables for 2026.  When will an update include the new tables.  In the meantime, I have updated the tables manually.  

When I try to import new employees the Wage/Withholding items are all blank. How can I fix this?

WTH - I filed most of my W-2 yesterday with no issues. Was waiting for some address correction on a few clients. Today after another stupid update. I go to create the transmission file and it shuts down the whole program. It was working fine for me on 1.21.2026.

How many of us feel like we have been lied to and stolen from.  I was told last week there would be an update on 01/08 to fix the issues.  I was told today that there would be not update and that maybe there would be an update next week.  Please explain to me how am I supposed to be able to process correct information?  How many of us are starting to get quotes from other software companies?  I have two phone calls scheduled tomorrow.As for the update last week to fix the payroll issues, it did not work.  I have been trying to input a client's after-the-fact payroll since 7:45 am.  The system is so slow, I am 4 hours in and only half way through.  Nearly twenty years of being with EasyAcct and I now feel like I need to hire a divorce attorney.

W-2  has zeros in boxes not being used.  I can't print all employees W-2 together only 1 at a time.My payroll earnings report is not printing my employees informations by employee ID 

I believe I saw this issue mentioned before, but I didn’t see a resolution. I’m trying to print the employee copies of the W‑2s, and even after multiple updates, it still isn’t printing the zeros after the cents. Has anyone found a workaround for this? I’d really appreciate any guidance from anyone who’s dealt with this issue.  Thank you!

Have any of the updates fixed the slow processing speeds?  I refuse to update any further than what I have done until I start seeing people say that some of the problems have been fixed.  For those that are interested, Sage was decently affordable.  I have talked with them a couple of times.  I was hoping to see a solution before I made a decision to change.

So, is there going to be a fix for the INFO RETURN SYS, or no?  I am unable to create a transmission file without getting diagnostics errors saying "State info not present for C/F".  I guessing this has to do with the Combined Federal/State program??  All transmitter settings are filled in the same as last year.  WHAT ELSE AM I SUPPOSED TO ENTER??? WHAT STATE INFO IS NOT PRESENT???  Neither the 1099s NOR the W2s will create a transmission file without these errors and then the whole program crashes and shuts off when attempting to enter the Transmit Electronic Files module.  IT IS NOW JAN 22nd and I can't seem to get any kind of answer on these issues!!!!!!!  

Has anyone tried to file the 940 WITH OUT adding the bank information, and gotten a confirmation. updated this morning  the 2.7 update.I have already tried filing twice and don't feel like wasting anymore time if its only going to fail AGAIN. 

Has anyone received email confirmations for the e file 941's. All mine are showing pending. With all the issues with the updates makes me nervous.

There is a new requirement when filing W-2s in 2025. How do we get the W-2s from EasyACCT/Info Return System to show the contact email address? 

All the 940 e-filings were rejected. When I go to the e-file audit trail, it states that nothing needs to be changed except form needs to be refiled when e-filing is open. But form 940 e-filing is currently open. Has anyone else received these messages? It also states that banking information is missing but all the returns have a $0.00 balance due. I can't even find where to enter banking information for form 940. Any help would be greatly appreciated. 

Is anyone else able to print the GL distribution report from AP

When I try to delete a voided payroll check it shuts me out of the program.  None of the new updates have fixed this problem for me.  Any help would be greatly appreciated!

With the 2025.2.?? updates, have the tax brackets for the 2026 year been updated?  If so, what version did they update in?  I'm still on the 2025.2.01 version and holding off on updating till the bugs are fixed....which I'm hoping will be in Thursdays (01/15/26) update (2025.2.04) that is supposedly coming out.Good luck everyone, hopefully we get through this month on the positive side!

I just did the 2025.2.06 update in EasyAcct and all the 940's are still being rejected!!!

I just refiled all my 940s and they were rejected again due to the banking information. At this point I don’t know where the fault lies, but Intuit is not providing any real answers. The last update from the admin said the 940 issues were resolved, yet the rejections continue.
