Any one getting this error? I have tried twice and it will not update. 

Does EasyAcct have an option where intuit will mail your client copies of w-2 and 1099s to the recipient? 

the form 940 is printing with no FEIN on page 1. Any answers as to why?

It is almost half of January. when will the software be updated for e-filing for 941 & 940?

I am trying to create the upload file (MMREF)and get an error saying my transmitter EIN is missing in the A record. It is entered in the transmitter tab. Any one got a fix?

Yesterday I went into one of the companies we do work for and all the employees were gone from the system.(Now this is the same for more than one I did the data file utilities and data file/ index repair, but that did not fix it. Also, waited on a call back for over 4 hours and they did not call until late yesterday evening after I had gotten off. Anyone know what to do to repair this issue? 

How come they can get the billing out in November, but not the functioning software and it's mid January?

Has anyone else had their computer go hire wire after EasyAcct support suggested deleting a file in the registry??  EasyAcct & IRS would not load on my Win10 system, so they had me go in and delete a duplicate name file in my registry. Since that time, I cannot get to my original user profile or desktop and all my settings are screwed up.  Nice job you idiots. Right in time for the new tax season.

The 1096 for 1099-NEC is counting blank 1099 forms, even though "Suppress if less than minimum amount" is selected.  It's also printing blank 1099s.  Is anyone else having this problem?

When i go to print copy b to be sent out it wont print the name on the first one on the page.  It will print the second name if there is one.  And it will print the name on all other pages.  Only copy b is where the issue is.  After 2 days of being on hold for over 2 hours each time, hopefully someone here can help me out

2021 CA SDI Rate changed to 1.2%.How can I change it in my EasyAccount ? Thank you

Is any one else having an issue with 1099 NEC not be suppressed if under minimum?

When we transfer over the data from the 1099-MISC screen to the 1099-NEC screen it automatically creates a 1099-NEC for those vendors whether amounts are entered or not. So if I go to Form Summary or try to generate the 1096 it says for example there are 25 forms with $0 dollars. We have the "Suppress form printing if < minimum" but it doesn't make a difference. Unless we delete the vendors not being used it also creates an error when you try to generate an efile. Is this a bug that is being worked on? Deleting vendor information is not ideal.

Withholding is not correct for 2021 payroll. Has anyone been able to fix this yet. I've been on hold for about 2 hours bot yesterday and today. No answer.

I know this has been discussed and we are waiting on the next update to fix this.  I am wondering if I can E-file the Form 940 or not - does anyone know?What else is everyone holding up processing until the next update?

Has anyone seen how Easyacct/Information Return System will handle all our vendors that are marked for a box 7 on the previous 1099-misc....but now need to be coded for the new NEC 1099?  Do you think the program will know to have those payments flow somewhere new?  Or all vendors need to have their IRS code changed?  Because NEC isn't in the drop down yet and I hate all the last minute changes.

"Error 0000-005 Invalid or missing required information. Verify Legal Business"for the first time , I got rejections when the Business Name contains the symbol &.Hoping this Bug will be fixed in the coming update.

Has anybody been able to get through to find out when the update will be released that will fix all the problems?  I have been on hold for 32 minutes so far.

Entered information and everything seems ok with Form 1099-NEC and 1096, but when trying to print out the 1099-NEC control list no one is listed and totals are $0

Box is marked to "supress if <minimum amount".  What am I missing this year?

We have downloaded the 2020 version but our system shows that our last update is 2019.3.11.  The download show 2020.1.3 and we have tried downloading it several times, even turning off our firewalls and it will not download the new version into easyacct program.

When i print the w-2 copy b every other person's name does not print.any ideas?

For an App that was supposed to improve performance and efficiency, I'd have almost been better off spending my money on a stack of stone tablets, a hammer and chisel.  With any luck, I might be able to enter two lines of data before the Spinning Blue Ring of Death appears for as long as it darned well pleases.  Nice to have access to my data whenever/wherever Web Access is available.  If only there were some support available, other than empty promises of a solution.  This app has been out for several weeks, and still the problems persist.  My experience with programming is basic and limited, and I know that there are challenges, but it would be nice to get an idea of how long before I am able to be in control of my level of efficiency, and maybe even what the holdup is, because if/when we can start using it efficiently, there are bound to be some lingering "issues" that show up. Thank you for your efforts, but PLEASE let us know when/if our software beco

We were training employees in IRS 1099 software and entered data in the new 1099-NEC form.  We then went to the 1096 to get it populated and it will check the 1099-NEC form, but it won't tell how many forms or the total $ amounts?  The 1099 Misc form worked like it should.  Is this something that is a bug that needs to be fixed?
