TX Workforce form transmitter error

I am trying to create the upload file (MMREF)and get an error saying my transmitter EIN is missing in the A record. It is entered in the transmitter tab. Any one got a fix?

When you're printing the special SUTA files for TX, there is a tab on the right hand side of the screen that says "Preparer" - did you click on it and enter your name and FEIN on the screen it brings up?  That's the only thing I can think of that might be causing your issue.
