How do I get the data from Turbo Tax to Pro Connect? It is my first time using Pro Connect. Most of my previous clients were Turbo tax users.

How do I exclude the generation of 1040-SR

I want all individual tax returns to be the standard 1040 not 1040-SR or 1040-EZ.  How do I do that?

Form 8915F

Once 8915F is approved and on our system from intuit should not most if not all of the information needed on the form automatically be transferred over from the previous year?

How do I get an explanation of an unexplained charge to my account 3 days after being charged for the software?

I was charged Jan 6 for my annual subscription.  On Jan 9 I was charged an additional small amount.  I can't get an explanation because this is the worst company in the world to try to contact.  Has anyone had a similar experience and know what the second charge is?

Does ProConnect support completing and e-filing the IL-1040? I don't see the state form available, unless it is just not out there yet for 2021.

Link Shared Documents

Is there a way to automatically share a client's return (with the client) so that they can access and view their prior returns in their link account?  It's probably very obvious, but I haven't figured it out!

Intuit ProConnect Doesn't Recognize Intuit Elite Employers

Intuit Elite Full-Service Employers spending several thousand dollars annually are not recognized by ProConnect Tax software.  When their EIN is entered, a message appears stating they are not recognized and the data must be entered manually.

Is there a way to prepare and to eFile Form 1099-NEC in PCO? Thank you.

I have a handful of Small Employers with sub-contractors that will need to receive Form 1099-NEC.  Checking to see if Intuit Quick Employer Forms is the only option.  Thank you.

Should Intuit ProConnect incorrectly limit social security wages on the 2021 wages input screen to the 2020 limit of $137,700 instead of using the 2021 limit of $142,800?

Has the 2021 ProConnect actually been updated for 2021?

How do I create new return without rolling forward prior year data

Client got divorce.  90% of PY return info pertained to ex-spouse, so I don't want to roll forward the PY data.  ProConnect won't create return unless I check the box to bring fwd PY data.

Pro Connect in Microsoft Edge

Why does pro connect work in Chrome but not Edge?  These two browsers are identicle (both are Chromium and built from the same code). Is Google paying Intuit to block the Edge browser?
