Just want to check in and see if folks are still having issues with the most recent update?  The last update we did was 2019.3.7 from July 30, 2020.  I've seen so many users chime in with payroll errors and no update on Form 941.  It has kept me from doing our updates.  Has anyone had any luck with the updates after 2019.3.7 and if so, was the updated Form 941 included - and I'm talking about Form 941 updated form 941Rev July 2020.Thanks so much!!!

I just updated my program and am now getting this Btrieve Error message when trying to open my individual clients:[86] FILE TABLE FULL Btrieve error opening WCbfI updated the other computer on the network and had the same error message. UPDATE:After I updated the client computer, I restarted the host computer (mine) and hoped it might correct the issue, fortunately it did. After restarting Host computer, I haven't received error message on my computer or the client computer. Thought I'd mention it in case anyone else had similar issue with multiple computers sharing a network. 

 Installed the newest update on Oct 2, 2020.  It managed to drop employees , and change all year to date totals on payroll journals.Whats the deal???????

I processed year-end(12312018) and enter new year and date(12/31/2019).  However previous year's journal entries come up.  Even I entered 12/31/2018, 2017 journal entries showed up also. How can I fix the problem?

What is the current renewal fee for Quickbooks Payroll Services?

Is this possible, or, will I have to set up all  new info in Easy Acct Business?

I just updated the EasyACCT program and I'm getting the following error message:When I'm trying to run Payroll Journal I received:Print ReportsWith the error number: 0Please exit EasyACCT and try againI am missing the majority of my payrolls now across all of my clients when I try to run a payroll journal. When it does load it has the majority of payroll gone with "unknown employee". I am so frustrated with this program! This has been the worst year for update "glitches" for a program that is as costly as this one. I would expect better programmers from Intuit. 

I just paid for 2020 easyacct renewal. I want 2020-2021. When I went to release date all it had was 2018-2019.  Did I get ripped off paying for 2020 that I am using now.

It's February 25th and the 2019 Form 4562 isn't released yet?????

Any idea when the problem will be fixed with reported tips not showing up on all paychecks- seems to stop between 40-50 inputs- show up on all input sheets-getting very time consuming having to re enter reported tips for over 100 tipped employees manually on review of paychecks screen any idea when this issue will be corrected?

While installing update keep getting "Run-time error 75: Path/File access error so unable to fully install new updates

So since the new update we are having issues with tipped employees.  Tips are entered and show up on the transaction listing, but then they don't pull through to the payroll journal or to the actual paycheck.  Anyone else noticing this or have a suggestion of what is going on?

Has anyone else notice that when you run a G/L report it is showing -.01 difference vs the actual Financial Report?

Anyone else still having the general ledger be out of balance after the July 15, 2020 release?  The culminative general ledger is in balance but the General Ledger is still out-of-balance. 

My Trial Balance is out of balance due to this penny issue.  Yes, the year to date general ledger is correct, but I don't want to provide a YTD GL to my clients.  Also, my trial balance doesn't balance either.  Does anyone know when this issue will be resolved?  IT IS A BIG DEAL.

I been having problems with the balances . .01 cent.  I would like to know how fix this problem.

I have used the program for several years and used to a few years ago be able to print a cumulative general ledger,  I am trying to print one for 040119 to 033120 but all I get is totals in each account.  No details.  Can anyone help?

Problems with the 941 for EasyAcct.  They know about it but it will not be fixed until next week.  Anyone else have problems with EasyAcct?  Anyone else sick of how long it takes them to fix major problems with the software.  We have developed a new problem when we run payroll and the software drops tips that are paid.  When I called, they knew about the problem and have no idea why it is happening.  It is random.  The only fix is to run payroll and add tips in the review checks screen.  Not acceptable in any way shape or form.  Wish I could dump all Intuit products.  I am in too deep.  Customer service?  What is that?

What report can I run in QB to show the bank our 2019 total income only

Myself and another staff member in our firm installed the latest update. I believe the update was just for the new Form 941 due to COVID-19; however, now our general ledgers are printing incorrectly. The system is adding a penny to many general ledger accounts for no rhyme or reason. Even those accounts with no transactions for the month are being altered by a penny. For example, beginning balance $50,000.00. No activity for the month. Ending Balance should be $50,000.00 but instead is showing as $50,000.01. Anyone else experiencing this issue with the latest update? Thank you!

Has anyone else run into a problem with the 941 taking overtime, and classifying it as social security tips on the 941? The company I am working on has no tipped employees, so I am unsure on why it would automatically change it on the 941's.  This only started to happen after the update today.

I am getting way behind!  Any news?

EasyAcct has added a new W-4 tab to the Employee Information. However, I can't select when someone is Head of Household. I found that if you check Multiple Jobs/Spouse Works you can check the Head of Household box. If you deselect Multiple Jobs/Spouse Works, it also deselects Head of Household. This makes no sense. You can't be married and claim head of household. You also do not have to have multiple jobs to claim head of household. Has anyone found out how to make this work? 

Just a heads up----941 doesn't calculate correctly for companies that receive a PPP loan.  You have to basically opt out of the Employee Retention Credit.  Click on the Retention box & check employees one by one.
