Global Settings

We need several global settings: force Sch-A, Sch-B, 8949, print ALL CAPS/Mixed Case, etc. I'm sure there are more, but this is my starting point.

Also need to include global settings for calculate penalties and interest, not just return by return. Very inefficient and risky if overlooked.

I'd like to see preferences that include:

• mark return for today's date as PIN [eliminate the critical error on every return]
• mark ERO agreed for NY returns [same]
• set which Docusign forms will be checked
• mark address and license reviewed
• mark to copy Social Security tips to tips deduction field
