Automatically Send E-file Confirmation to Clients

I would like ProConnect to automatically email clients the e-file confirmation when it is accepted.  I've had to send about 5 a day and this would save me time.  I've had it with other tax programs so I'm surprised it isn't universal.  It could be set to go to the e-signature clients during that process.

How many clients actually want this/care about this?

Many years ago when efiling was new we would snail mail efile acceptance letters. Then we stopped. Only one client asked for one.

I think clients do care especially for new clients, but regardless sending a e-mail notification would not hurt.

Yes, sending e-file acceptance is important to our firm to communicate with our clients. We don't know which clients will ask about acceptance, so it would be helpful to automatically send these out so we don't have to manually send these or respond individually to clients.

I have found that my clients like that I send them the confirmation. I feel it builds trust and adds to the communication. The last firm I worked at did not do it, but the clients who stayed with me when I started on my own really like that they are actually informed about their status.
