HI, I want to efile T1 tax returns of my client for the years 2015, and 2016, but don't know how to efile from Profile? I could not find option in my Profile while I have prepared returns, which were very simple.

I am getting the "EFILE#1002: This return has not been selected for EFILE" error code when try to transmit my T2 return. Does anyone have any suggestions how to address this issue?

I have been submitting T1's and TP1's since the beginning of the tax season  and now since 2 days when I try to submit a TP1 after I have sent the T1 it says it has already been transmitted.

I have tried to EFILE an investment tax credit arising from a T101 slip. The Investment tax credit is calculated on the T2038 and transferred to the T1 Jacket as an Investment Tax Credit (line 41200). The Investment also qualifies for the BC provincial tax credit.  The error in EFILE is #70412 and EFILE Help desk cannot help me. Also I have gone over everything with CRA and they can't help me either. It has been suggested that it is a software issue - .... I cannot get information on this.  Can anyone help me? I have spent hours on this problem and on hold with CRA.

Hello, Last year, I filed a T3 return for my grandafther's trust using the single return option in Profile. I have again purchased the single filing license. If I remember correctly, I used was able to transmit the XML file using Profile. This year, the Profile software seems to be forcing me to try to EFILE - but I am not registered as an EFILE user, as I do not run a business and I strongly doubt CRA will grant me EFILE access. Is anyone able to walk me through how I can electronically transmit this T3 return to CRA within Profile this year?Thank you,Craig

Form SK428 is still in draft form and won't allow me to efile. How do I get around this? Also, my clients are only in SK yet profile is asking about MB credits.

My client got a divorce and changed her surname. I correctly indicated that on the Info page of the return but when I try to efile, I get an error message 43. It says I need to enter 2 as the surname change code. I don't seem to be able to find where or how to do this. Any ideas?
