Has anyone seen this error message before? 

"EFILE Service responded with External Server Errors. Please try again later."

"421: Please carefully complete both identification fields and try again. Note your access will be locked...

"The EFILE transmission resulted in Server Error with Txn id....

I should add it is on a deceased/widowed couple return. I haven't had issues before with this form so maybe that is why??
