Refile rejected by CRA Result Code: 513
Hi all, what should I do to fix this refile error, refile rejected. following below is message from CRA.
Also how can I claim tuition fee of a son who is 23 year old and his father want to claim tuition fee?

Only initial returns transmitted electronically and accepted by the CRA for that tax year are eligible for the ReFILE service.
513 : Only initial returns transmitted electronically and accepted by the CRA for that tax year are eligible for the ReFILE service.
T1 return was not accepted. Please correct the above error and re-transmit.
