When T2 opened

When I opened the T2, which was already prepared, The schedules does not show any information which are already filled and showed when opened by any other person but I face the issue after the updation of the Profile to the latest version kindly tell me how to solve this issue 

 

Please find the screenshot attached it is already filled T2 but it showing me blank and does not show all the information of the return
