T1134 - Attach Documents

I got the following error message trying to transmit a pdf of financial statements to CRA after successfully efiling the T1134.  The attachment was thru the FRRMS system.  The ErrorReason was [0008] Confirmation Row Data.  CRA's Corporate Efile Help Desk was unable to help.  Is this a CRA or Profile problem?  This is the first time I have tried the FRRMS attach a document.
