Profile Value Null???

When I save a T1 in 2022, 2023, save as Printed, waiting on client, etc,  I get a pop up that states: Value cannot be null. Parameter name: source

What is this about? Please explain.  Does this mean I will not be able to efile because I cannot save as completed?
