Profile Licensing

Hi!

I have 8 accountants, 1 bookkeeper and 1 receptionist all able to access Profile currently, does that mean I need the suite + 9 licenses when I renew? If the bookkeeper and reception don't prepare returns, do they need separate licenses if they're only PDFing returns?

Hi,

A license is required to perform any actions on a file for not only preparation of returns but for printing and e-filing also. If a license is not entered, the PDF will show with a watermark.
