Problems with Profile Client Explorer

My understanding was that the issue with the inability to access Client Explorer in Profile was suppose to be fixed with the most recent release. I'm on the most recent release (2022.3.0) and am still unable to get Client Explorer to function. Please provide and update on this situation or is there a fix.

2022.3.0 fixed that issue for myself, are you sure your windows .NET framework is up to date?

Can you please specify .NET framework? Or provide a link?

You can access the .netframework from the control panel, then clicking Program and features, then select Turn Windows features on or off, and henyou can check mark the boxes as in this image.
