Module Options keep reverting to blank.

After I updated Profile, all the Module Options (i.e., General, Data Locking, etc.), as well as the “File Template” box become blank! I loaded a previous “Option Package”, but to no avail. I manually checked all the appropriate boxes for all the years (i.e., 2008-2021-VERY time consuming process), created a new option package and saved it. Just several minutes later all the boxes are again blank.

Has anyone else experienced this kind of issue? Any solutions?

Today (December 14, 2021) I was surprised to find out that ONCE MORE all my MODULE OPTIONS became BLANK, for all the years 2008-2021!

I called Profile support regarding this issue. By the way, I am still using version 2021.0.5.

After a while I was told that this „vanishing module options” was a KNOWN ISSUE!

My original inquiry regarding this issue was posted on November 30, 2021, exactly 2 weeks ago. Why nobody from Profile Technical Support ever informed me about this issue by posting a quick reply?

I suppose that EITHER Profile Support technicians do not read the posts OR they read them, yet ignore responding to them, even the solutions is known.

Again, SHAME ON YOU, PROFILE!!!

I will have to AGAIN spend at least 30 minutes to create new module options for 14 tax years!
