CRA requires us to have clients sign the T1032 and T2091 forms independently of T183. Why doesn't the letter highlight this?

ProFile only indicates to sign T2091 and T1032, if the return is paper filed: not sure why. I will create an investigation for our product development team to review the conditions for the documents to sign.
