error message
when starting profile i get a message that says "cloud file provider is not running". consequently, i can't access anything in the cloud. i ran a repair on the program, but that didn't help. how do i resolve this?

This is not an issue with Profile itself, probably an issue with Dropbox, Microsoft OneDrive or Google Drive or any other cloud provider you may have.
