CRA Login (Passcode Grid)
Hello,
One of our client uses Passcode Grid for CRA's Multi-factor Authentication. Since last week, every time client logins CRA generates a new Passcode Grid, client did this exercise multiple times and it seems like an infinite loop of new Passcode Grid generation. Client called CRA general line and they have no clue/information.
Any idea on how to resolve?
