Client Explorer Blank After Update

After the update to 2022 (currently 2022.0.5.610) my client explorer is now blank and has zero files.

 

I have disabled/reenabled the client explorer function. Re-indexed the folder path both before and after the disable. There are no filters turned on. I don't know how to go about getting the feature to work again.

Hi

Call us at 1-800-452-9970 for a workaround for this issue. There will be a permanent fix in ProFile 2022.1.0 to be released later in November.
