client explorer

I am trying to export  from client explorer.  If I select one, I am able to export but when I select all, the export button is grayed out.  It seems if I select any more than 50, the option to export is no longer available.  This has not been a problem in previous years.  Any suggestions for a work around?  FYI - the files i am trying to export are all from the same tax year.
