Profile will not open on one workstation.

We have one person in our office who's Profile program will not open, the others all work fine.

We have run the latest update on our server and all workstations including the affected one (2021.3.5)

I have reinstalled the program on the affected laptop but still receive the same error message and the program will not open at all!

Error message #1: An error occurred while reading your license data. Please re-enter your license.

- Clicking 'OK' brings up Error message #2:
Error message #2: Exception EOleException in module profile.exe at 001CD236 Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

- Clicking 'OK' does not do anything except close the error message window.

How do I fix the licensing error without being able to open the program.

Note: I had this same error message appear on one of our server installs, but the program opened after the error messages and I was able to correct the license issue.

If anyone else is having this issue I found this solution:

https://quickbooks.intuit.com/learn-support/en-ca/help-articles/profile-users-encounter-an-error-occurred-when-reading-your/00/588434

However, this did not work for me. When I restarted the program it would not re-create the GreenPoint folder and instead gave me an error message saying it couldn't find the GreenPoint folder and would not open.

So, I copied the GreenPoint folder from my own laptop and loaded it on the affected laptop (this took about 1/2 an hour as it is a large file). Once done, I was able to open Profile and re-enter the licenses.
