Profile only opens online
Hello; I recently downloaded Profile trial, and then purchased T1 20 package. I am having good success learning the program, but have found that it will not function offline. The opening page minus the quick access appears and is absolutely frozen - I cannot even close the page. Is this expected?!???
I did enter both the trial license and the new license when I purchased. I have asked the program to check for updates.
Is there something I have missed? Can this be resolved?
