I renamed the GreenPoint folder recently, but Profile requested me again to re-enter the product key (3 times in the same computer) and later I used gpsetup to repair corrupted file (HxTsr.exe) then my Windows 10 got crashed and it's mother board was gone. I bought new laptop and tried to use the same license key but I got the License Error Occurred which is Total Activatable Units=3.! How to over come such problem without paying for unnecessarily additional license? I hope ProFile will remove such 3 limits restriction in case the user used same IP. addressr

i bought a new laptop and had the same problem. you have to go in to your account and deactivate the license that you had originally. then reactivate it on the new one. if you need help just call support and they should be able to help you. good luck.

Thanks for your input. I can't Deactivate and Reactivate ProFile license in dead laptop or even copy the software like we used to do on DOS. My point is that once you successfully activated ProFile license 3 times in one computer regardless of computer crash or (Problem Reading License Data. Please Re-enter your License: ProFile Message), then try to activate it for fourth time in other computer, ProFile won't allowed you and as far I knew you need to buy new license, which is ridiculous and money grab.
