add files to client explorer database

Good day.

 

Add files to the database but an error shows like below. Could anyone help me out? Much appreciated!

Helle Tracy, it looks like your Profile application is corrupted somehow, I recommend downloading the gpsetup from https://profile.intuit.ca/download then run gpsetup (make sure profile is closed) If that does not fox the issue please contact our support line 1-800-452-9970

Hello Tracy, how do you add the files to your client explorer? are you doing right click , and then Add files to client explorer from client explorer?

Thank you for your reply. I clicked "Go To" then "client explorer", chose the folder where the files have been saved, click "include the subfolders", then ok. showing "adding files to the database". Today, it showed another error message after I run it again. Please see attached. Your help is much appreciated!
