DLL's missing

I keep getting the message Proseriesupdate.exe - System Error followed by

 

“the code execution cannot proceed because the mfc140.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix the problem.  

 

I get this same message with MCVCP140.dll & VCRuntime140.dll.  

 

I spent a long time on with tech support and they were unable to fix this.  Help please?
