Why can't I drill down or enter or do anything?
I was working on a client’s 990 and wanted to change information on a disclosure. When I tried to do that, all I got was a beep. Then I tried to go to another field. That also generative a beep.
I have started the program and tried again with the same results. I can’t do anything in that client’s file.
Other clients were fine.
This is in the exempt org module.
Shoot, now I just tried to get acknowledgements, and I get a beep. Another window pops up, but only on my task bar. It’s mostly too small to read, but it says something about e-file transmission summary.
Huge deadline coming up. Assistance would be appreciated.
