cloud backup

i've set all my files to backup to the cloud. when i save a file, i get a confirmation. yet, when i check there are only a few files that have been backed up. anyone know why? options are set to enable backup and, when i save, enable backup is ticked and status shows "ready to back up".

pls see attached.

cloud backup is selected in options

every time i save a file i ensure cloud backup is selected.

yesterday, i spent some time using hub to backup. yet, i only see 10 files for 2023 when i go to download.
