In what program and where are you seeing the error code?

Hi, 

If you look in the auditor in ProFile there will be an explanation for this CRA efile error message.

Frequently though, this occurs when there is a death of a spouse in coupled returns:

 

 

On the surviving spouse check YES if they lived together during the tax year.
