 my client spouse passed  away April 14 2021 which is 104 days  line 57730 is code 0 yet on the surviving spouse line 57730 enters code 1   please help as i have tried everything including redownloading on another computer and doing a new return 

Because of this error CRA is not allowing the Canada Caregiver amount on line 30425

the box 57730 can be set to one for other scenarios like 

57730 Marital status indicator – Separation less than 90 days BOXES 11600, 21000, 32600,  58640. 

 

So may be you want to review those boxes?
