Filing prior year T4's
When attempting to EFile a 2022 T4 for a delinquent client I am unable to attach the XML file as I get an error message that "We are unable to process your submission because the transmitter CRA account number given in the attached T619 electronic transmittal record does not match the account number you used to sign in". This only happens when I attempt to file a prior year return. I have no issues with filing 2024 T4's. How do I fix this so I can get my client compliant?
