Failed to transmit Service timeout error: GatewayTimeout Gateway Timeout

Hello,

I'm trying to EFILE 2023 T1 but I'm getting the following error message:

Failed to transmit Service timeout error: GatewayTimeout Gateway Timeout

 

Could you let me know if there is ways to troubleshoot this, please?

 

I have no issue with other internet. Profile version 2023.4.1 and there is no auditor warning (EFILE: Ready to transmit) thank you

I'm experiencing the same problem. It's unclear whether the issue lies with Intuit or the CRA's e-filing system.

    So it's not just me...

     

    Profile is getting new error every year so I can't use this anymore. This year is the last time I'm using profile.

    Users who experienced this just tried  again and it was fine.
