Efiling and resetting document control number
I have tried efiling a T1 today and the first time I got back message saying the DCN was already used. I resett to a new DCN number and efiled that. Got another message saying a return has already been submitted under that social insurance number and name. My properties say return not accepted still. I tried calling efile help desk but of course they are closed due to strike. Any suggestions. Concern now is return is not filed and if strike not resolved will it be a late filing. Hopefully they have some commnon sense and will accept eventually. I have copied all replies from CRA.
