Efile not working

Today is the deadline to file taxes without penalty & interest being charged on balance owing.

Profile has an issue today of all days with efiling. They are aware of the issue and just leave us users stranded. The technical dept is closed until Monday? What the heck, do they care that us users may lose clients due to this issue?

I am seriously thinking of switching products.

ARe you joking   I have been trying all day to efile  ALL DAY!!!!   I tried to  call them but they say there is no technical support

I was supposed to open a bottle of champagne 3 hours ago-instead I've been pushing the e-file button for almost 2 hours (which has made me drunk anyway).
