Efile error code 388
I am trying to efile a T2 and get this error. It means the return is prevented from efiling because the return period overlaps a previously filed return. I called CRA Help and we verified the date and time stamp are not in conflict. CRA said to call the software provider. I called and we installed the latest software updates. The T2 return is receiving the same efile error when attempting to efile. Is anyone else getting this error code?
