Efile error code #000047

I am stumped... I have family connected returns... all living at some address.. some reason Mom's address is not populating.. the field stays yellow no matter what I do..  I checked spouse and the address is fine... any way to fix this??

For coupled returns, the spouse address should populate from the taxpayer return. Not sure what the issue is, call us at 1800-452-9970  if you would like an agent to explore the file with you
