CRA EFILE Error 132: invalid or missing data for T183 / RC71

I am attempting to EFILE multiple client T1 returns and receiving the same error.  I haven't changed anything since last year, except for updating my EFILE password.  The error appears to be specific to EFILE Identification Fields:  It reads as follows: 

Transmission contains invalid or missing data: EFILE Identification Field(s) Notice of Assessment Retrieval Indicator, First time Filer Indicator, T183 Electronic Signature Indicator, T183 Electronic Signature Date, T183 Electronic Signature Time,  RC81 Electronic Signature Indicator, RC81 Electronic Signature Date, RC81 Electronic Signature Time.

Update: there was an issue with my account and a CRA agent was assigned to the file.  I did not hear from them since processing the annual renewal.  My key advice is to ensure you receive a confirmation email after submitting the annual EFILE renewal, otherwise, contact the EFILE Helpdesk as CRA may not reach out to you to solve the issue.

Sorry , I can not see the screenshot, did you esign the T183, in no, did you check marked no at the top? 

 

 Are you able to login on the CRA website with your EFILE ID and password  at this URL https://www.canada.ca/en/revenue-agency/services/e-services/digital-services-businesses/efile-electronic-filers.html 

 

(you should see EFILE and Sign in box on this site)

It was not electronically signed, and No is check marked.  I was able to login with my EFILE ID and confirmed my annual renewal was completed.

 

I've tried with several clients, over several sessions and I am still receiving the error.  I've ensured I've installed all updates.  I called CRA and my renewal was not granted so I've been assigned an agent.  Will update once I have received a call back.
