1135 EFILE ISSUE

We try to efile a 1135 for a client. Get efile error as following:

"EFILE Service responded with External Server Errors. Please try again later
474: The tax year indicator of the software does not match the tax year value entered in the form. If you are unable to resolve the issue, please call your software provider.
The EFILE transmission resulted in Server Error with Transaction ID: e48069a268004e479d90882ccc995705"

we checked issue mentioned above and did not notice any error regarding our file.

It is not just one case, just wondering when profile can fix the problem, thanks

Thanks, it works. As there are no updates on the software, it should be profile external server setup problem.

 

BTW, when profile can release draft forms, such as capital gain? We have lots of clients waiting for the final forms.

It all depends when will CRA certifies the forms in Profile, no ETA yet
