A/R Transaction Entry, Cust ID does not sort correctly by name, continues to sort by ID only.

Write-Up Transaction Entry, Employee: Only employee first name displays.  Cannot sort by last name.

Network traffic jumps to about 500 Mbps (half maximum whenever the programs "Stops Responding".  Is there a setting to make the network traffic more efficient? Is there a setting for multiple network workstations?  The problem is also there on the server, but the delay is only about half as long...still minutes.

Have these issues been reported before?  Is Intuit working on fixing these?
