I have the same issue.If I enter year 2019 = ErrorIf I enter year 2018 = No ErrorI think ProSeries mess up on the update here with the new CA NOL suspension.NOL...

ProSeries 2019 - Form 1040 - 3rd Party Designee is NOT populating
