Look further up in the chat. There is a solution posted. Its an Issue with IRS and marketplace. Nothing to do with Intuit and tax software.

Same issue here. I tried the work around. It efiled. We will see if it approves and they get their refund.

Even though you never received a form, it sounds like one may be generated somehow. May need to contact agent who originally set it up.
