I followed all the steps in the referenced link but after reinstall the problem persists.Again, only on one computer, all others work fine.

Followed the steps but did not fix problem

I have tried a forced reinstall and changing printers, both of which the knowledgebase has indicated have fixed this problem in earlier versions.
