If you select - homeowner it goes away, unless you have kids, then I can't get rid of it. But I ignored the diagnostic for age, race, etc, and it filed for me.

I would guess so.He is sending me the signed agreement so maybe that will provide me more information.

Because he was just helping fund the "project/lawsuit" so I would consider that an investment and then he got paid back his portion of the earnings from the law...
