WHEN DOES AFSP BEGIN IN 2020 

I need to file some 2017 and 2018 electronic

I see only the state being accepted

does anyone have a time window for prior year for the IRS?

    2017 should Efile no issues, be sure to Update your program if doesnt allow you to Eifle at all.

    2018 you will need to use the REFRESH updates (its in the Updates drop down menu) to get those to Efile..and the tax extenders arent computing yet, so if the return has tax extenders on it, you wont be able to get any credit for those, you may want to wait until late this month once theyve updated that part.
