Two factor authentication

Per call to ProSeries, there is a confirmed issue with two factor authentication.    For some reason, it has been turned off.   No pro-active communication that you need to go in to each user to setup again.

I asked if and why this hasn't been communicated and was instructed to blast this information through this forum.

Only people who review this board will see this.  Why can't ProSeries be proactive when they know about issues.  Such a waste of time by users and the support team.

@CJB1 We are currently aware and working on the issue with 2FA. In the mean time you can reenable it. We will keep you posted when this is fixed.

Hi @CJB1 we wanted to give an update. There is no ETA yet for a fix. You are able to reenable it by following the steps here if you have not done so already. We are watching this and a few other posts and will update as soon as we have one.

Just got off a call with a client that uses QBO. The two factor authentication stopped appearing in QBO 2 or 3 days ago. So Intuit broke it across all product lines it seems.

The more I know the more I don’t know.

Hello @CJB1 Apologies for the late response. Was waiting on clarification. I wanted to circle back and let you know that this was fixed on 8/14. Thank you, Kathi
