How do you report income from renting timeshare on schedule E?  If over 14 days is it taxable?

Rental income from timeshare is almost always taxable because you need to take into account personal usage of all owners' of the unit and not just your client's.  See §280A(d)(2)(A) and Prop. Reg. §1.280A-3(f).
