I am licenses for 20 1040 returns, however when I go to print my first return  ProSeries wants to charge me $49.00.  Help.

    Try re-licensing your software.

      Click "tools" > "license product"

        Thanks for the help. I was able to use my basic program and it accepted the pre paid returns.
