Federal refund

My son asked me to check on his federal refund for 2019. He filed with TurboTax in February. The check status 1040 number still says it’s still processing. Is this possible?!

    Yes, that's possible.

    But, I think you may be in the wrong place...this forum is for tax professionals using Intuit's professional tax software, it appears you may be looking for DIY help.

      https://www.irs.gov/refunds

      But, yes, the professional tax preparers here are also having their clients' tax returns delayed. You know this is because of the shutdowns and slow reopenings under the recovery process.
